The overwhelming success of the RM 250 and 350 in both performance and economy has led to the next logical generation: the Rotationally Molded II. The larger 5-foot diameter version inherits all the features that made the original so popular, but with greater capacity and more options. Now, companies requiring more filtration capacity can enjoy the same cost and maintenance benefits.

Features and Advantages of Rotationally Molded II

• Increased size and capacity and lightweight construction. Like the RM250, no roof support reinforcement or structural supports are required. The resulting savings may pay for the unit.
• It is compact and comes completely prewired and assembled. This saves installation and wiring time and expense. Self installation is included in the warranty package.
• Easy filter access and snap band top load filters allow for easy access and minimal maintenance. This saves cleaning and replacement time and hassle.
• Have the choice of pleated or standard bags depending upon the product being filtered. Bodies for 8' or 10' bags are available with four filter configurations providing 16, 21, 26 or 37 filters for air flows from 1,500 to 5,000 CFM.
• Made from low density rotationally molded polyethylene body which is rated for service from -20 to 250 degrees F. This body is also corrosion resistant, which leads to a long life and minimal downtime due to maintenance.

Control dust emissions by enclosing the filling point. The McCoy dust hood is mounted at the load out point and directs dust into the RM 1000.

The McCoy "Armadilo" style UHMW segmented 5mm plastic curtain.
