Features and Advantages of the McCoy Vibrating Table

• One vibrating table as per the Rosetta Hardscape specification.
• This table includes a rigid structural frame with a 6 pillar mold support deck.
• The top has 1” UHMW polyethylene wear surface.  Four hydraulically operated mould clamps lock the mold to the table.
• The vibration is by 2 Netter Model XHD-C24T electric vibrators each with adjustable eccentric weight and capable of a maximum force of 4400 lb.  The combined force is 8800 lb.
• The table is mounted on 4 Goodyear air springs and is automatically leveled using Heldex leveling valves.  The table is designed to be raised with the air springs when the mold is in position.
• The hydraulic clamps then lock the mold in position.
• The vibrators are run by a Variable Frequency Drive (T.B. Woods x 5.)
• At the end of the filling cycle the vibrators are stopped, the hydraulic clamps unlocked and the air springs deflate to lower the mold into the indexing conveyor.
