McCoy Roll Over Device

The Block Roll over Device is mounted on a sliding track.

When the fork truck operator strips the molds he will place the product on the roll over frame.  The operator of the packaging line has a manually operated air valve which, when actuated, slides the roll over under the monorail track.

At the end of the stroke the carriage presses a cam operated hydraulic valve which gently rolls the product into the packaging position.

Once empty the monorail operator flips the air valve into the return position which rolls the frame back and slides the roll over frame to the loading position.
