The Quadrix Accelerated Concrete Curing System is designed for the hardening of semi-dry precast concrete block paving, block and curb products.

• Quadrix incorporates four components to provide optimal curing process; heat, circulation, moisture, and carbon dioxide.
• Heat accelerates and increases cement hydration. This provides higher early strength and reduces chipping and breakage.
• Circulation of air provides consistent temperatures throughout the curing chamber without hot or cold spots.
• Moisture control ensures maximum cement hydration and harder corners and edges.
• Carbon-dioxide, when present during curing, is responsible for the reduction of efflorescence by binding calcium-hydroxide and forming calcium carbonate directly under the surface of concrete.
